The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the online store bearing the trade name ARION PLUS, located at the web address www.arionplus.gr. GENERAL TERMS

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
We comply with European and Greek legislation.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw (cancel) within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
This does not apply to traders and “Special Orders or Offers”.
After the 15-day “cooling-off period,” the order becomes final and irrevocable.
If a return is required, it must only take place after our consent.

Our company adheres to European and Greek laws (Directive 2000/31/EC, Directive 97/7/EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003, and the Consumer General Secretariat guidelines) governing consumer rights, e-commerce, and distance contracts. According to these, the customer has the right of withdrawal within fifteen (15) days from the purchase date, without justification.
During this “cooling-off period,” if you change your mind, you may send us an email at info@arionplus.gr expressing your intention to withdraw from the purchase, stating your order ID and providing a copy of your transaction (credit card or bank transfer) if already paid.
Please also include your bank account IBAN and SWIFT code.
We will review your request to determine if it complies with the withdrawal and return policy and will notify you by email whether it has been accepted or not.
Terms of Use
The COMPANY reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the online store whenever it deems necessary and undertakes the obligation to inform consumers of any changes through the pages of this website. Contracts through the online store are drawn up in the Greek language.

The COMPANY guarantees the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the information listed in the online store regarding the identity of the COMPANY and the transactions provided through it.
