The company “D.TAGKALAKIS YEPIA ” registered as “ARION PLUS” referred thereof as the “Company” informs all visitors / customers, referred thereof as the “Customer”, of the company’s e-shop, referred thereof as the “Website”, that processes personal data under Greek Law (Law 2472/1997) and related amendments. All personal information data requested during the process of registration of the Customer in the Website are used exclusively for order processing purposes and are neither published nor passed to any third parties (Article 11 of Law 2472/1997). Exception to this is the case of Law Enforcement agencies asking for information ordered by court. If the Customer whish his personal data to be removed from the Company’s database, he must request this in written.
Transaction Security
All transactions are guaranteed by EUROBANK’s e-Commerce Services, referred to as the “Bank”, which are specifically developed for secure online transactions. All card data (card number, CVV2, expiration date etc.), is transmitted over the network in an encrypted format (SSL 128-bit encryption) and is not accessible through the Company’s or any other software.
All systems and procedures used by the Bank’s systems and software are able to block any third party from accessing the Bank’s data and its information systems.
The Bank’s e-payment systems and software comply with the international security protocols Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code for secure on-line card payments.
