Time Attendance Systems - Integration with HRMS Programs and Ergani Digital Work Card in the MOTOR OIL Group

Data collection is performed through access control / time tracking terminals or from smart phones (iOS/Android) for remote work, collecting user data (start-end of work). These time tracking terminals:

• Have the capabilities to recognize the user via RF-ID card, or via a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, or a combination of both.
• Support numerous companies within the Group and thousands of users across Greece.
• The system complies with the strictest policies regarding security and data integration, ensuring the supervision of hundreds of terminals and managing thousands of users with any level of authorization, fully adhering to GDPR.
• The system architecture incorporates advanced software and devices (terminals, controllers, readers, servers, etc.) and is capable of meeting any requirement related to access control, attendance monitoring, visitor management, etc.
• Provides integration capabilities with Ergani 2 as well as with payroll programs and personnel management programs.
