| Description | A state-of-the-art 6-door (4 Wiegand, 2 OSDP) networked access controller. Comes with one onboard expansion slot and can be further expanded by connecting up to 12 expansion boards via OSDP (one AC-825IP can control up to 56 doors). Each AC-825IP access control unit (ACU) supports 100,000 users, 500,000 event log entries (FIFO), 6 doors (readers), each with 2 inputs and 1 output on board. The AC-825IP includes AES128-bit encrypted communication via TCP / IP to an AxTraxNG server and has two additional RS-485 busses (OSDP bus and G bus). Compatible with ME-1515 Power. AC-825IP installed in ME-1515 with Type F plug power cable. |
The expansion board adds an additional 2 Wiegand reader ports (supports keypads & RFID and Biometric) , 4 relay outputs (5 Amp 30V NO/NC FormC) and 4 supervised inputs with EOL to the access control panel. As a result, an access control panel with an MD-D02B expansion can support a total of four readers and four door panels. In addition, it is possible to add any keypad or biometric reader that supports the Wiegand or Clock & Data transmission formats. |
