It is a time and attendance management system with various user identification methods.
The time and attendance terminals have the capability to identify users through various means, including RF-ID cards, Keycodes, Barcodes, QR-Codes, Bluetooth, NFC, facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, or combinations of these methods. They transmit the data in real-time to a secure cloud environment outside monitored areas. The application is web-based, requiring only a web browser for program management.
The system complies with strict policies regarding security and data integration, ensuring supervision of hundreds of terminals and managing thousands of users with different authorization levels. It fully adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for personal data protection.
The system architecture integrates advanced software and devices (terminals, controllers, readers, servers, etc.) and is capable of meeting any requirement related to access control, attendance tracking, visitor management, etc. It provides integration options with the Workforce Management System (ERGANI 2) of the Greek Covernment and payroll management programs, as well as personnel management.
